ComicConnect.com have recently arranged the private sale of a copy of Action Comics No. 1 for the huge sum of $1,000, 000. The comic, that cost 10c in 1938 and introduced Superman to the world, was one of only 100 copies known to exist. Examples, in inferior condition, have changed hands for up to $400,000 in the past.
